India's premier trade platform for the broadcasting, media, and cinema industry, specifically serving the vibrant South India entertainment ecosystem. The platform connects industry professionals, showcases industry innovations, and drives business growth through a sophisticated digital experience. The core of the platform is a sophisticated exhibitor portal that simplifies the entire onboarding lifecycle. I implemented complex booking logic for 'Space Only' (minimum 18 sqm) and 'Shell Scheme' (minimum 9 sqm) configurations, with dynamic rate management for both domestic and international exhibitors. The system includes an automated discount engine for Early Bird programs, Referral incentives, and rewards for returning 2025 exhibitors. Technical highlights include a structured 50/50 payment tracking system, automated bank transfer verification, and a robust admin dashboard built with Payload CMS. The platform ensures high performance, accessibility, and smooth interaction across all devices, managing exhibitor profiles, social media promotion, and customer ticket allocation for a seamless event management experience.
